After the loss of her husband, a gracious widow purchased this condominium on Pasadena’s historic Orange Grove Boulevard. It became the setting for a new chapter filled with independence, friendships, and community. Later, as her health needs changed, she made the thoughtful decision to move to a senior community and retained the condominium as an investment.
Years later, after her passing, the family decided to see the property.
There was just one problem.
